Summary

The role of a Software Product Engineer involves developing, maintaining, and improving MultiPress ERP software, working closely with various teams to ensure it meets customer needs and industry standards. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, proficiency in 4D programming language, strong knowledge of database management systems, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, preferably working on ERP software

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Development Team to make changes, enhancements, and improvements to MultiPress
• Perform and supervise testing activities on MultiPress
• Gain an in-depth understanding of MultiPress, its modules, features, and functionality
• Provide technical support to Project Managers, Development Teams, and end-users
• Create and maintain technical documentation for MultiPress
• Work closely with Project Managers, Development Teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely project delivery
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, software optimization, and automation

Preferred Qualifications

• ERP knowledge, especially in the graphical industry
• Understanding of ERP modules such as accounting, inventory management, production planning, and sales in the graphical industry
• Knowledge of MultiPress as end user and/or implementation manager
