Summary

The job is for a senior software development role at Intive, a global tech company with over 20 years of experience. They will guide teams in implementing architecture, functionality, and features, drive system test campaigns, and be responsible for end-to-end feature delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant software development work experience
• System thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to think out of the box to address risks and challenges until customer delivery
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate optimally across organizations
• Experience of product development and working in a large organization
• Strong ability to understand system testing needs, including the ability to lead lab builds, and define the equipment needed to setup adequate test campaigns for software developed in the team
• Ability to explain and lead on all levels: Developers, line managers, product managers, and other technical leaders
• Excellent agile and lean knowledge and skills
• Experience as project manager or agile product owner
• Good English knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Guide teams in the implementation of architecture, functionality, and features
• Ensure the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to everyone
• End-to-end feature responsibility, starting from all the way from the systemization to customer delivery with good quality
• Show engagement in continuous improvements in products and processes
• Drive system test campaigns and lab builds needed to test software developed in the teams
• Responsible for planning with help from teams and delivery of a feature
• Responsible for integration and verification of features
• Responsible for securing resources in terms of both people and equipment for a feature with support from the line and program management
