Spectrum Billing Solutions is hiring an ABA Billing Specialist to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in ABA billing or related healthcare fields, a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Billing Certification, and proficiency in CPT and ICD-10 coding. The role involves submitting electronic claims, verifying insurance filing information, resubmitting rejected claims, posting payments, sending medical records, meeting billing metrics, and engaging with various departments of the Revenue Cycle team. Requirements

• 1-3 years of ABA billing or related healthcare experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or Billing Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Submit Electronic Claims in a timely and accurate manner
• Verify correct insurance filing information
• Research, resolve and resubmit any rejected claims in a timely manner
• Check claim status on appropriate payor systems and contact insurances as needed
• Post payments received from payors
• Send Medical Records and other documentation to payors as requested
• Meet daily, monthly and quarterly billing metrics

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Behavioral and/or Mental Health billing preferred
