Requirements

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
• Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences
• Average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload

• Advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV, increasing your leadership impact
