Summary

Radiac, a leading manufacturer of conventional bonded and super abrasives, is seeking a Mexico Account Manager to join their Sales team in Monterrey or Saltillo areas. The candidate will manage and direct sales for key accounts in Northeast Mexico, develop customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and achieve revenue growth targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years industrial sales experience
  • B.S. in engineering or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of abrasive product sales and metal finishing
  • Ability to travel to accounts 50% of your time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Well organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and a diverse set of objectives
  • Achieve goals with minimal supervision and guidance

Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct all sales for a set of key accounts in Northeast Mexico
  • Establish customer relationships and develop new business
  • Identify new opportunities and position Radiac solutions to meet/exceed customer needs and competitive offerings
  • Achieve annual revenue and profit growth targets for assigned accounts
  • Increase market share with existing customers by developing value-added solutions
  • Document and manage opportunities in the CRM tool
  • Develop and implement account growth plans
  • Meet reporting requirements
  • Support marketing initiatives designed to increase revenue, gross margins, and operating profits
  • Provide feedback to the Product Marketing Team, market intelligence with regards to product enhancements and expansion developments
  • Increase brand awareness and value by representing Radiac at local and national industry trade shows and events as needed
