Summary
Join Aptos Foundation as a Partner Success Manager (PSM) and play a pivotal role in our '10x Ecosystem' vision. As PSM, you will be the primary point of contact for accelerator projects, providing high-touch support and guidance. You will track project milestones, identify challenges, and facilitate connections within the Aptos ecosystem. This role requires strong relationship management skills, a deep understanding of Web3 and blockchain, and experience in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Requirements
- 4+ years in partnership management, client success, venture capital, accelerator management, or account management, ideally within Web3, blockchain, or high-growth tech startups
- Experience in a crypto accelerator, venture capital, or startup environment
- Experience with early stage crypto startups, including tokenomics and token generation events
- Familiarity with smart contract platforms, DeFi, NFTs, and other blockchain applications
- Strong understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, Web3 technologies, and the crypto market
- Proven ability to manage complex relationships and provide exceptional service to high-value partners
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary relationship manager for accelerator projects, ensuring they receive high-touch, personalized support
- Act as the program expert, helping projects navigate the acceleratorβs offerings and maximize value from the experience aligned with their needs and goals
- Track project milestones and timelines, identify challenges, risks, and roadblocks, and work cross-functionally to escalate and resolve issues quickly with internal teams
- Identify and recommend connections between teams and ecosystem projects, partners, service providers, and experts
- Work closely with Aptos engineering, product, marketing, and BD teams to align accelerator projects with the broader Aptos roadmap
- Monitor and analyze partner success metrics, tracking each projectβs progress within the accelerator
- Develop data-driven insights and feedback loops to optimize program offerings and improve partner engagement
- Contribute to program reporting, ensuring internal stakeholders have visibility into project progress and success metrics
