Access Support Specialist Trainee

Summary

Requirements

• Have an active, daytime student enrollment for at least one year
• Be proficient in German language (min. B2)
• Have a minimum of 20 hours of flexibility per week
• Be able to work precisely and accurately
• Have a team player attitude
• Be able to withstand stress and monotony

Responsibilities

• Provide software and telephone support for antenna station technical developments
• Administer incoming calls and changes related to antenna station technical developments
• Support communication between on-site technicians and professional groups
