Join Common Thread Collective (CTC) as an Account Director and play a pivotal role in managing and growing key client relationships. Requirements
- Possess in-depth understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital advertising channels, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition strategies to drive client success
- Be skilled in identifying, pitching, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, with a strong track record in client renewals and revenue growth
- Have the ability to interpret marketing data, analyze trends, and create accurate revenue forecasts to inform both client and internal strategy
- Be proficient in negotiating contract terms that align with client needs and CTC’s goals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Possess exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, especially with executive-level stakeholders, fostering trust and loyalty
- Be skilled in addressing client concerns and resolving conflicts with a calm, solution-oriented approach that maintains positive relationships and client satisfaction
- Be an excellent communicator who can convey complex ideas clearly, tailor messages to different audiences, and ensure alignment across client and internal teams

- Drive Strategic Revenue Growth: Lead by example in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, proactively aligning CTC’s solutions with client needs to maximize revenue and demonstrate value beyond basic services
- Master Conflict Resolution: Handle client issues with composure, empathy, and a solution-focused mindset, setting the standard for proactive conflict resolution and preserving long-term client satisfaction
- Showcase Data-Driven Forecasting: Deliver accurate, data-informed revenue forecasts that set the pace for transparency and accountability, helping both clients and internal teams plan effectively
- Lead with Relationship-Building Excellence: Build strong, strategic connections with client executives, setting the standard for influential relationship management and positioning CTC as a trusted advisor at the highest levels
- Proactively Identifies Growth Opportunities: Continuously seeks out new ways to expand client relationships, from introducing innovative service offerings to presenting data-driven recommendations that drive measurable results
- Champions Long-Term Client Success: Prioritizes strategies that align with clients' broader business objectives, ensuring CTC’s solutions contribute to sustainable growth and increase lifetime client value
- Maximizes ROI through Insightful Strategy: Develops tailored, impactful strategies that enhance the effectiveness of clients' eCommerce marketing investments, showcasing CTC’s ability to drive exceptional ROI
- Anticipates Client Needs: Stays ahead of market trends and client goals, offering proactive solutions that address emerging needs and reinforce CTC’s role as a value-added partner
- Pushes for Continuous Improvement: Actively pursues opportunities for personal and team development, consistently refining CTC’s service offerings to enhance client satisfaction and set higher standards for value delivery
- Leads by Example with High Standards: Demonstrates professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail in all client interactions, inspiring the team to uphold these standards in their own client-facing roles

Benefits
- $150,000 base salary, annually
- Bonus Structure | 25% of Base Salary based on reaching Goals
- Commissions | Commissions awarded based on additional revenue attainment from Upsells and Partnerships
