Summary

Join Avetta as an Account Executive and build relationships with prospective and existing clients. You will be responsible for new client acquisition, driving business growth, and collaborating with the Sales Development Representative. This role involves diverse sales activities, including presentations, trade shows, and client site visits. You will support new clients during their initial launch phase and maintain consistent progress through weekly business development initiatives. A hybrid work schedule is available for those within 30 miles of the office. The Account Management Team will take over client support and expansion once the account is established.

Requirements

  • Possess excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrate superior interpersonal communication and written communication skills
  • Have the demonstrated ability to speak in front of a group, keeping an audience’s attention while communicating complex subject matter. Appear comfortable and poised
  • Have the ability to set and meet goals with little or no supervision from senior management
  • Understand and be able to effectively communicate how SaaS model software works on a functional level, including basic ability to demonstrate product capability and overall solution to the client
  • Understand and demonstrate Avetta’s core values of honesty and integrity. Be able to make decisions and communicate client recommendations with the Avetta’s and the clients’ best interest at hand
  • Be fluent in English and Spanish. Have experience working with the LATAM market, including Mexico
  • Significant travel, meeting coordination, RFP/RFI/RFQ Response Coordination are required
  • At least 5 years of field sales or account management experience

Responsibilities

  • Focus on new client acquisition, working towards establishing valuable relationships for Avetta
  • Engage in a diverse range of sales activities to drive business growth and expansion
  • Maintain a weekly emphasis on business development initiatives to ensure consistent progress
  • Collaborate closely with their assigned Sales Development Representative for targeted prospecting efforts
  • Actively participate in trade shows to showcase Avetta's offerings and connect with potential clients
  • Engage in networking activities to foster relationships within the industry and promote Avetta's solutions
  • Conduct comprehensive Avetta Overview Presentations and Product Demonstrations online
  • Travel to client sites within the assigned territory and key accounts, facilitating in-person meetings to strengthen client relationships
  • Provide essential support to new clients during the initial launch phase and throughout the first ninety days with Avetta, with a focus on maximizing revenue and ensuring client success
  • Actively participate in weekly 1-on-1 meetings and team calls to stay aligned with Avetta's goals and strategies
  • Attend additional trainings, meetings, and seminars as required
  • Adhere to any other duties or tasks assigned by the company to contribute to the overall success of Avetta

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possess excellent time management skills
  • Be technically sound in computer skills. Have familiarity with CRM applications / SalesForce.com
  • Have problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy
  • Show adaptability and flexibility
  • Have 10 years of experience in field sales or account management
  • Have experience in selling safety-related products or services, working with contractors, working in procurement, or working in an industry that Avetta has current customers
