Requirements
- Possess great empathy and a natural ability to understand and connect with customers
- Demonstrate strong sales skills with proven success in phone sales, emphasizing empathy and solution-driven approaches
- Exhibit a growth mindset with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn, adapt, and improve; not be intimidated by learning new systems/technology (Salesforce, Twilio, Zoom, Outlook, Chrome)
- Possess the ability to multitask, work within a team, and demonstrate strong leadership habits with the self-discipline to be autonomous
- Commit to a 90-day training program
- Have reliable network connectivity with a hardwired home network, download speed above 100Mbps, and upload speed above 20Mbps
Responsibilities
- Change lives by selling hearing devices
- Connect with customers by handling a high volume of outbound calls to pre-qualified leads, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward personalized hearing care solutions
- Coordinate appointments between customers and partner providers
- Support the customer journey by guiding customers through their 45-day trial period, ensuring complete satisfaction

- Flexible remote, full-time schedule with shift preference and a day off (Wed-Fri); minimum half-shift on Sundays required. Company working hours 8AM-8PM
- Competitive compensation: Guaranteed base rate of $25.52 per hour plus uncapped commission. Average earnings in the first year are $70K; top performers earn $100K+
