Requirements

  • Fluent in English and native-level German

Responsibilities

  • Finding new prospects and improving lead generation tactics
  • Cold outreach via calls and email to qualify B2B prospects
  • Onboarding new accounts and managing them until the first booking
  • Conducting remote meetings and consistent follow-ups
  • Negotiating with advertisers to maximize mutual value
  • Maintaining and developing customer relationships
  • Planning business trips and attending industry events to acquire new customers
  • Gathering customer feedback to enhance value delivery
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly KPIs for advertisers and bookings
