Summary

Join HousingAnywhere as an Account Executive and become our next sales superstar in the DACH region! You will grow our housing inventory by acquiring new business and generating leads, ensuring every tenant finds a home through our platform. This role involves finding new prospects, cold outreach, onboarding accounts, conducting meetings, negotiating with advertisers, and maintaining customer relationships. You will need fluency in English and German, 3+ years of sales experience (preferably in SaaS), and mastery of cold calling. Requirements

  • Be fluent in English and have native-level German
  • Have 3+ years of experience, preferably in a SaaS company
  • Be experienced in sales and eager to learn and develop new skills
  • Be a master of cold calling and experienced in outbound sales strategies
  • Be comfortable working with targets and KPIs, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding them
  • Have experience with a CRM system (HubSpot is a plus)
  • Be adaptable, communicative, and goal-driven
  • Be energetic, optimistic, and a natural problem solver
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and motivate the team to achieve high performance

Responsibilities

  • Find new prospects and improve lead generation tactics
  • Conduct cold outreach via calls and email to qualify B2B prospects
  • Onboard new accounts and manage them until the first booking
  • Conduct remote meetings and consistent follow-ups
  • Negotiate with advertisers to maximize mutual value
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships
  • Plan business trips and attend industry events to acquire new customers
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance value delivery
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for advertisers and bookings
  • Continuously improve your sales skills and knowledge of local property regulations
