Summary

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-driven SaaS sales experience, preferably in B2B enterprise sales, legal tech, or compliance technology
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing a book of business
  • Experience engaging C-level stakeholders, IT leaders, and compliance teams in highly regulated industries
  • The ability to manage complex sales cycles, effectively handle objections, and navigate procurement processes
  • Strong consultative selling and storytelling skills, translating technical solutions into business value
  • A data-driven mindset, leveraging insights to optimize territory strategies and close deals
  • A self-motivated, results-oriented approach with a passion for driving new business growth

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory and account strategy to acquire and grow new business in highly regulated industries, including financial services, banking, insurance, healthcare, life sciences, consulting, and corporate legal teams
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, engaging C-level executives, compliance officers, IT decision-makers, and procurement teams
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities while identifying expansion potential within existing accounts
  • Communicate the business value of iManage solutions by mapping customer challenges to strategic outcomes
  • Collaborate with reseller and implementation partners to execute go-to-market strategies and expand market reach
  • Deliver high-impact presentations and demos, effectively showcasing the ROI and competitive advantage of iManage solutions
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers to establish trust and ensure long-term account growth
  • Develop and maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and account data in Salesforce to provide visibility into sales performance
  • Represent iManage at industry events, trade shows, and thought leadership forums to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling legal technology, compliance solutions, or document management software
  • Knowledge of complex sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, Value-Based Selling)
  • A track record of jointly selling with implementation and reseller partners
