You will guide prospects into becoming long-term clients of the Link platform, managing the sales process from initial contact to closing. - A deep understanding of how the Link platform can address complex challenges in digital identity, cybersecurity, and financial compliance
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for Link by identifying, qualifying, and closing business opportunities
- Own, lead, and guide the entire sales cycle from first contact through close, ensuring each interaction is client-centered and tailored to meet their needs
- Conduct client briefings and needs assessments to understand their unique challenges and demonstrate how the Link platform can provide value in their specific context
- Master the Link platform and deliver personalized product demos that showcase its capabilities, addressing client-specific pain points and goals
- Collaborate with SDRs to identify target accounts, develop tailored sales strategies, and engage key decision-makers in the platformโs value proposition
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (HubSpot), tracking all client interactions, sales activities, and updates to prospects
- Regularly forecast sales activities and revenue, sharing progress and insights in sales meetings to ensure alignment with targets
- Share client feedback and market insights with marketing and product teams to refine the Link platformโs offerings and sales strategies
- Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and product teams on strategies for client acquisition and retention, ensuring alignment on messaging and approach
