Requirements
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets in a B2B environment, particularly in the marketing and advertising sectors
- Expertise in crafting and implementing effective sales strategies that foster agency growth while adeptly managing diverse responsibilities
- Strong perseverance in prospecting new clients, utilizing networking and cold outreach to expand the client base
- Proactively build and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business
- Proficient in navigating the unique challenges and opportunities of small, growing, and large agencies, tailoring approaches to fit their specific needs
- Driven to meet and exceed goals, with a track record of overcoming obstacles in the sales process
- Comfortable navigating a dynamic environment and managing diverse tasks to meet evolving client needs and company objectives
- Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at hire in an employer-approved US state and must maintain authorization to work in the United States throughout their employment with our company
Responsibilities
- Identify and capture new business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals
- Regularly track and report sales metrics to leadership
- Spearhead new business strategies and initiatives
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Partner with clients to explore and implement media tactics
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying expansion opportunities
- Work with the President and senior leaders on strategic initiatives
- Contribute to cross-functional projects to drive company growth
- Leverage your network and industry relationships for business development
- Active engagement with team, and alignment on core value
