Join Geoforce, a leader in GPS tracking, as an experienced Account Executive in Canada. You will cultivate relationships with senior-level executives at enterprise clients, selling to multiple C-level decision-makers. This role requires a proven ability to build strong business relationships, deliver compelling sales presentations, develop account sales strategies, coordinate resources, and close deals. Success demands strong business acumen, pipeline building, accurate forecasting, and closing business. The position involves 80% new business development and 20% account management within the Oil & Gas, Construction, Mining, Heavy Industrial Equipment, and Waste Management sectors. You will need to clearly articulate Geoforce's value proposition and drive the entire sales cycle.
Requirements

- 5+ years of referenceable outside sales, new business experience (IoT experience highly preferred)
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned revenue targets by growing, maintaining, and closing a sales pipeline
- Identify new business opportunities and develop account plans to close this business focusing on the Oil & Gas, Construction, Mining, Heavy Industrial Equipment and Waste Management
- Supplement incoming leads with proactive prospecting activity to ideal customer profile
- Clearly articulate Geoforce’s value proposition and engage the customer in jointly addressing business priorities
- Drive and manage the entire sales cycle – from identifying the right business initiatives and building a competitive value proposition to negotiating through close
- Comfortably talk to a wide range of decision influencers
- Align commercial insights to key customer priorities and tie those insights back to Geoforce’s unique differentiators
- Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients
- Advocate for the client needs internally by working with a variety of organizations including support, product management, professional services, and software/hardware engineering
- Grow the account/footprint by becoming a part of the customers’ planning processes and having the customer leverage Geoforce for key technology and solution definition needs
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with asset tracking, GIS systems, GPS systems, telematics, or IoT applications is preferred
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office and AI solutions (ChatGPT, Microsoft CoPilot etc.)
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
