Summary

Join Raconteur, a TechnologyAdvice brand, as an Account Manager supporting the senior sales team and driving new business. Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in new business outreach strategies, account management, or sales support within the B2B media or marketing sectors
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities and driving results
  • Experience with sales or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong internal relationships
  • Ambitious, inquisitive, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with senior sales staff to identify new business opportunities within target client landscapes, and run outreach campaigns to engage them
  • Supporting ongoing client conversations by preparing proposals, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring timely responses to client needs
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to support account growth and retention
  • Assisting with the creation and delivery of compelling sales pitches and presentations
  • Acting as a liaison between senior sales staff and support teams to ensure the smooth execution of client campaigns
  • Conducting thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities that inform client strategies
  • Tracking and reporting on account performance and client engagement
