Summary

Join Pearl Talent and work as a fully remote Account Manager/Order Fulfillment Manager for a tech-enabled platform specializing in branded merchandise and promotional products. This full-time independent contractor position requires managing high-value client accounts, reviewing and processing orders, coordinating fulfillment with vendors, and ensuring smooth project execution. You will be responsible for day-to-day account operations, collaborating with internal teams, handling escalations, and maintaining accuracy in order details. The ideal candidate possesses 2-4 years of experience in account/project/order management for promotional products, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack. This role offers retention bonuses at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months, an annual retreat, and flexible hours.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years experience in account/project/order management for Promotional Products/Branded Merchandise
  • Must have at least 1+ year of experience in branded merchandise or promotional product workflows
  • B2B account management
  • Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced remote setting
  • Proficient in basic platforms/tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
  • US time zone availability required

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-value client accounts
  • Review, edit, and process orders placed on the platform
  • Route orders to appropriate vendors and oversee fulfillment workflows
  • Communicate with clients via email/Slack as needed
  • Handle escalations (e.g., delays, product issues) with internal support
  • Maintain accuracy across order details and documentation
  • Ensure timely execution of all project milestones
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement
  • Review project requests from clients and configure projects/quotes on the platform

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in merchandise, supply chain, or production
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
