Account Manager/Order Fulfillment Manager

Summary

This fully remote, full-time independent contractor position, open to candidates in the Philippines, requires managing 1-2 high-value client accounts. You will review and process orders, coordinate fulfillment with vendors, and ensure smooth execution. Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in account/project/order management
• Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced remote setting
• US time zone availability required

Responsibilities

• Manage one to two high-value client accounts
• Review, edit, and process orders placed on the platform
• Route orders to appropriate vendors and oversee fulfillment workflows
• Communicate with clients via email/Slack as needed
• Handle escalations (e.g., delays, product issues) with internal support
• Maintain accuracy across order details and documentation
• Ensure timely execution of all project milestones
• Contribute to continuous process improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in merchandise, supply chain, or production
• Proficient in basic platforms/tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
• Familiarity with branded merchandise or promotional product workflows
