Join Kaizo, a fast-growing AI-native SaaS company, as their Account Manager for Renewals & Growth. This greenfield role offers the opportunity to build the entire Account Management function from scratch. You will be responsible for managing the renewal lifecycle for key enterprise accounts, leading QBRs, partnering with Sales, Success & Product teams, maintaining CRM hygiene, and feeding client insights into pricing and product prioritization. The ideal candidate possesses proven experience in account management and renewals within a fast-moving SaaS B2B environment, comfort with enterprise clients, and fluency in English. Remote work within CET ±2h of Amsterdam is possible. Kaizo offers a fast-paced, human-centric work environment with daily check-ins, frequent huddles, and remote team weeks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management and renewals — ideally in a fast-moving SaaS B2B startup or scale-up
- Comfort with enterprise clients — you can hold your own with budget owners, legal, and the occasional CFO
- Fluent English is a must; other languages = bonus points
- You actually use the CRM (we use HubSpot ) and believe process = peace
- Remote-ready — you’re independent but not a silo, and you love async + fast check-ins with your crew
Responsibilities
- Run the entire renewal lifecycle for key enterprise accounts
- Lead QBRs and exec check-ins like a pro — no awkward surprises, ever
- Partner up with Sales, Success & Product to find and convert upsell moments
- Keep CRM hygiene sharp — stakeholder maps, risks, intel (HubSpot is our home base)
- Feed real client insight into how we price, package, and prioritise
- Define and build the renewal process — and the team behind it
- Be the adult in the room when the deals are big and the stakes are high
