• Be able to multi-task
• Highly detail orientated, be able to handle complicated projects with clear mind
• Fluent in Microsoft Office and Keynote
• Fluent in mandarin Chinese and fluent in written & oral English

Responsibilities

• Assist line manager in project administration in a proactive, accurate and timely manner
• Collect competitive research and prepare reports
• Handle clients and vendors' financial and payment process
• Set up meeting, prepare agenda, and take meeting minutes to ensure all parties are on the same page of project status
