Requirements

Undergraduate degree in Accounting, CPA and/or MBA, solid accounting experience, excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, strong technical skills, working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial information, interview client management, identify key issues, report writing, participate in meetings, develop relationships with client management
• Prepare operational due diligence for complex transactions, accounting projects, integrate with clients' internal staff, prepare financial and regulatory information, research new ASC accounting standards, improve processes

Benefits

Base salary range: $75,000 - $105,000, competitive benefits package, various bonus programs and incentives based on individual’s level and work performance
