Summary

Join our team as an Accounting and Payroll Jr. Analyst to support the financial team by assisting with internal accounting tasks and managing payroll-related duties for Jala Colombia SAS, in accordance with Colombian labor legislation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Upper-intermediate English level
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in the execution of the payroll process for Jala Colombia SAS
  • Perform accounting records and analysis, generate Financial Statements, and assist in monthly financial closing activities
  • Conduct reconciliations of accounts, including intercompany accounts
  • Support internal and external audit processes

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with payroll software, preferably HELISA
