Accounts Buy Online Broker

Summary

Join Zensurance, a leading InsurTech company, as an Accounts, Buy Online broker and play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to clients purchasing insurance online. You will onboard new clients, review applications, recommend coverages, and answer customer questions. This role involves working with diverse commercial segments and collaborating with a team of insurance professionals to ensure a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for onboarding Buy Online clients, reviewing submissions and policy data, responding to online chat inquiries, recommending insurance coverages, pursuing targets, and providing meaningful client experiences. This position requires a RIBO license, 2+ years of insurance experience, strong communication skills, persistence, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients. A CAIB or CIP designation is considered an asset.

Requirements

• RIBO license
• 2+ years of insurance experience (preferably commercial)
• Able to communicate complicated concepts and break them down into simpler terms
• Persistence and agility to meet set targets
• Attention for detail and demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple clients at a time

Responsibilities

• Onboard Buy Online client’s into Zensurance’s base of accounts
• Carefully review all Buy Online new business submissions and policy data for accuracy
• Monitor and respond to customer online chat inquiries
• Recommend, upsell, and cross-sell insurance coverages
• Pursue opportunities to meet set targets
• Provide a meaningful client experience and advice with each interaction
• Collaborate with team members to create efficiencies in workflow and participate in projects that support process improvement
• Other duties as assigned
