Join Contentsquare's Finance team in Paris as an Accounts Payable Specialist, contributing to the global financial operations of our subsidiaries in EMEA/APAC. You will manage purchasing accounting, allocate invoices, verify expenses, support monthly closing, and collaborate with various departments. Requirements

  • Diploma in accounting from a French College or University (min Bac +2/3, DCG equivalent)
  • Understanding of accounting and financial reporting practices in an international environment
  • Confirmed Excel skills (xlookup, pivot tables,...)
  • Proficient in English & French, to be able to connect with our subsidiaries abroad and our internal teams
  • Adaptability, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiatives in a growing environment

Responsibilities

  • Be accountable for purchasing accounting management
  • Allocation of supplier invoices to expense accounts using Ivalua and Workday financial through our P2P rules and policies
  • Answering internal/external demands related to our Supplier invoices
  • Verification and validation of expenses using Concur software
  • Support in the monthly closing P2P accounts
  • Checking the New Vendors creation & updates in Ivalua, the purchase-to-pay tool

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Workday/Concur or experience in a shared services center would be a plus
  • As this role could evolve into a permanent position, we are looking for a high potential profile, able to easily switch from one financial topic to another, and coordinate several locations in parallel
