Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience related to the role
  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM Software

Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable Follow-up
  • Make follow-up calls related to accounts payable (approx. 3 hours per week)
  • Must be fluent and confident in spoken English
  • Social Media Admin Tasks
  • Use provided templates and artwork to create events on LinkedIn
  • Download and update LinkedIn RSVP lists into HubSpot CRM
  • Respond to LinkedIn messages with short, template-based replies (examples will be provided)
  • CRM and Data Management
  • Maintain and update CRM/database records (HubSpot)
  • Conduct lead enrichment and basic research on target contacts
  • General Administration
  • Monitor and manage shared inboxes and respond as appropriate
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
  • Format and prepare documents in PowerPoint and Word
  • Manage and organise digital files efficiently
  • Website Updates
  • Make basic content updates to website pages in HubSpot (training provided; no development required)
