Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping workflows to ensure transactions are accurately recorded and supported by relevant documentation
• Support day-to-day activities of the finance department
• Work with modern fintech technologies and payment gateways, including Xero, Dext, Revolut, Wise, Stripe, and Adyen
• Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Perform account reconciliations and review expenses for compliance with company policies
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial closings
• Process client hardware orders and warranty claims
• Provide occasional evening availability to support hardware order processing for US-based customers
• Communicate with internal teams, clients and suppliers
• Assist in process automation

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualification and/or relevant experience with basic accounting and financial practices
• Advanced Excel skills or Data Analytics
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and proactive approach
