Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist

Summary

Join AAPC as a Remote Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist, preferably located near Utah corporate headquarters. You will facilitate the collection of delinquent accounts by communicating with members, creating Excel reports, and resolving issues with sales representatives. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and computer skills, along with experience using Excel spreadsheets. Requirements

• Experience with Excel spreadsheets, reports, formulas, etc
• Good typing skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Strong entrepreneur skills both verbal and written
• Positive communication style
• Computer proficiency
• Good math skills experience with receiving and applying credit card payment to customer accounts

Responsibilities

• Communicate with employees, clients, and members both in writing and verbally
• Create and maintain Excel reports for sales and executive groups
• Interact with various sales reps and leaders in resolving issues
• Enter and accurately track daily collection activities in system
• Understand the sales process and have a good understanding of our products
• Aptitude for process improvement in looking for ways to improve efficiency
• Maintain Account Receivable balances to company standards
