Summary

Reps, LLC is hiring a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager for their start-up real estate investment company. The role is remote and requires full-time commitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for replying to leads, utilizing the CRM, gaining trust with prospects, preparing paperwork, assessing property value, and following up with leads.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to close deals over the phone
• Must have strong experience with one-call closing and overcoming objections
• Consistent and proven track record of closing new business either at the first meeting or through a follow-up cycle
• Excellent rapport builder with a direct selling style - using various sales techniques designed for consultative, relational selling
• Must possess a positive mental attitude, an open mind, and flexibility in approach
• Must be coachable and enjoy improving themselves
• A fast starter, able to use their people skills and talents to build a long-lasting career within the real estate industry
• Must have exceptional listening and problem-solving skills
• Must have a hunter’s mentality and also be willing to bring business to the team as well
• Ability to follow up for multiple weeks in case the first or second call does not produce a contract

Responsibilities

• Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
• Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and find ways to monitor, optimize, and streamline the sales process
• Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
• Prepare purchase and sale agreements and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
• Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of real estate investing is a plus, however, being coachable and having the desire to learn new and innovative techniques is essential
