Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing infrastructure support role
• Experience migrating, deploying, and maintaining key M365 technologies including: Azure AD, Active Directory, Exchange Online and On-Premise
• Strong documentation and organizational practices
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the AD and M365/on-prem Exchange components of a M&A migration project
• Provide guidance to clients on-site and remotely to support their Microsoft technology stack
• Work with architects, project managers, and team leads to ensure projects progress efficiently and in a timely fashion toward successful closure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on Entra ID
• Microsoft 365 Certified such as Enterprise Administrator Expert
• Azure Certified
