Summary

Join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist 1 – Multifamily Support – Remote Position and provide exceptional administrative support to our multifamily sales teams while modeling a high level of performance excellence.

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills – proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Excel
  • Must be fluent in English and have the ability to clearly communicate with and understand instructions from supervisor and team members (verbal and written)
  • Ability to establish relationships of mutual respect and trust, and shall exhibit a high degree of confidentiality
  • Solid math skills and advanced reasoning skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and develop analytical and strategic thinking skills and have solid problem-solving skills
  • A moderate degree of understanding of flooring products and their installation requirements
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and time management skills
  • Team player, with energy, confidence, and passion
  • Uncompromising focus on quality
  • Strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide multifaith administrative support
  • Process standard templated orders
  • Process web-submitted orders
  • Build and maintain unit templates
  • Provide quotes to the sales team as requested
  • Maintain and update customer notes
