Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education and work experience
  • Experience interacting with and supporting senior and executive levels of management required
  • Knowledge of administrative practices and procedures, data management methods, basic accounting practices and human resources practices

  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to accomplish work assignments
  • Prepare and distribute professional quality documents, reports or presentations
  • Coordinate on-site and off-site meetings for executives
  • Other duties as assigned
