Summary

Join Pennylane, a fast-growing FinTech company, as a Training Coordinator! You will play a vital role in supporting the administrative aspects of our company-wide training programs. Collaborate with the training team and other departments to ensure efficient planning, billing, and documentation of training activities. Manage training logistics, communicate with participants, coordinate with external contractors, and maintain up-to-date databases. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in various software tools, and experience in training administration (preferred). Requirements

  • Diploma in business administration, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Mastery of computer tools such as Google Sheet, Notion, Livestorm, Argalis (a plus) and database management systems
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member

Responsibilities

  • Manage the administrative logistics of training sessions, including room booking, scheduling coordination, and preparation of educational materials
  • Ensure communication with training participants, providing necessary information and answering questions
  • Organize the logistical and administrative relationship with our subcontractors (integrators and freelancers)
  • Coordinate training registrations, collect and manage registration forms, and maintain up-to-date databases
  • Track invoices and payments related to training in coordination with the finance department
  • Prepare and distribute reference documents related to our Qualiopi certification
  • Manage the technological tools used for online or virtual training, and provide technical support to participants as needed
  • Collaborate with the training team and other Pennylane teams to update training calendars, schedules, and internal documents

Prior experience in the field of training or training administration
