- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounts payable operations
- Process invoices, verify transaction details, and maintain accurate records
- Handle vendor relationships
- Ensure timely and accurate payments and resolve any discrepancies
- Ensure that all billing is directed to the appropriate entities within our management structure
- Support the manager and the president of the company with administrative paperwork, forms, and scheduling
- Maintain organized payables records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Schedule interview candidates for open positions posted by the company
- Utilize Rent Manager to assure accuracy of tenant accounts and transactions
- Compare bank deposits with payments processed for accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in property management utilizing Rent Manager
- Previous experience working U.S. based hours
