Summary
Join our client's team as a remote Schedule Service Coordinator, where you'll play a crucial role in coordinating and managing interview schedules for high-level executive searches. You'll act as the primary point of contact between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring smooth scheduling processes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating interview schedules, managing multiple calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts, maintaining interview records, utilizing scheduling software, providing administrative support, and contributing to process improvements.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in scheduling, administrative roles, or customer service
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize interview schedules between candidates and clients
- Manage multiple calendars, ensuring timely communication and confirmations
- Handle and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
- Maintain an updated record of interviews and facilitate follow-up communications
- Utilize scheduling software and tools to optimize scheduling efficiency
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling processes
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in recruiting or executive search services is a plus
