Join Blue Acorn iCi as a contract Technical Architect specializing in Adobe Experience Cloud and Platform technologies. You will be the lead designer, responsible for solution design and client stakeholder communication. Key responsibilities include designing a notification engine platform, validating designs, consulting with stakeholders, drafting technical details, and designing CI/CD processes. This role requires strong Adobe Experience Cloud expertise, experience with Adobe I/O, App Builder, NodeJS, and Agile methodologies. The position involves monthly travel to Chicago or Milwaukee. Requirements

  • Must be available to travel one time each month during the project to meet with client on site in either Chicago or Milwaukee
  • Strong background in Adobe-centric, multi-solution technical architecture, having worked in both development (coding) capacity and as a DevOps engineer
  • Technical integration experience with Adobe I/O, its features and limitations
  • Experience with defining and publishing Custom Events for Adobe I/O
  • Development and deployment experience with Adobe App Builder, its feature and limitations
  • Proficiency in working with NodeJS, JSON, GitHub Actions, Adobe I/O CLI
  • Advanced working knowledge of enterprise event bus architecture, pub-sub concepts, asynchronous processing, lambdas, data persistence; must have had hands-on experience applying these
  • Must have working experience with Agile concepts and Scrum methodology
  • Strong communication skills, being able to understand business interests in relationship to technology implications, and to work across stakeholders to align on design decisions

Responsibilities

  • Support the design of the โ€œNotification Engineโ€ platform using Adobe Experience Cloud and Platform technologies for client solution
  • Own and validate the Proposed Design, including high-level details and low-level technical approaches
  • Consult with client IT stakeholders to determine and validate Non-Functional Requirements to inform design for scalability and performance
  • Draft all technical details, platform behavior, interfaces, and integration patterns for the solution
  • Design the CI/CD processes to continuously deliver updates to the solution, including implementing necessary delivery pipelines using client-provided systems
  • Work closely with Integration Developers to interpret requirements, assigning their work and providing general and code-level guidance and review of the same
  • Define test coverage requirements and approaches, incorporating them into existing SDLC and CI/CD processes
  • Support the Scrum Master and Proxy Product Owner in facilitating sprint planning and refinement activities
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies, providing key inputs such as user story point valuation

Preferred Qualifications

May be considered in substitution for Adobe I/O and App Builder experience
