Requirements

• Proficiency in Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
• Hands-on experience with GCP components such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Composer, GCS, and Monitoring tools
• Familiarity with outbound marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Meta, and TikTok for effective data integration
• Strong leadership, communication, and task management skills to drive collaboration across teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift activities, ensure smooth task prioritization, and resolve operational issues effectively
• Act as the primary point of contact between engineers and management for escalating critical issues
• Generate and present weekly reports summarizing incidents, resolutions, SLA compliance, and opportunities for process improvement
• Coordinate efforts between cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with business objectives
• Ensure handovers include proper documentation and clear communication
• Monitor and maintain compliance with Service Level Agreements for response times and issue remediation
• Identify patterns in recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose long-term solutions
• Discover opportunities for new monitoring processes and automation to reduce manual workload and improve operational efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in operational roles within data-driven marketing environments
• Knowledge of additional CDP platforms or data orchestration tools
