Summary

Join our team as an Advanced AI Data Trainer for a fully remote short-term project, where you'll train, evaluate, and test AI conversation skills to develop a safe, accurate, and beneficial conversation partner.

Requirements

• Exceptional at generating copy intuitively, enjoying writing creatively on a frequent basis
• Metacognitive awareness to 'show your work', clearly explaining thinking and reasoning
• Deep interest in linguistics and learning about language
• Instinctively document learnings and continuously refine methods, craving successive approximations and empirical questions

Responsibilities

• Train the AI by generating examples of ideal conversations, acting as both the User and the AI for the AI to learn from
• Evaluate the AI according to safety, accuracy, and beneficial criteria, discerning the accuracy of facts outputted and their interpretation
• Test the AI by actively trying to 'break' it, forcing mistakes, and improving recovery methods, documenting breaks and recommending improvements
