Requirements

• Fluency in Turkish (C1 - C2)
• Minimum Conversational - Advanced English (B1 - C1)

Responsibilities

• Train the AI by generating examples of ideal conversations, acting as both the User and the AI
• Collect sources to help the AI read large amounts of information and distinguish between facts, context, and behavioral patterns
• Evaluate the AI according to safety, accuracy, and benefit criteria, discerning the accuracy of facts and their interpretation
• Test the AI by actively trying to "break" it, forcing mistakes, and improving its recovery methods
• Document breaks and recommend improvements to training methods to the team and client
