Summary
Join ServiceNow as an Advisory Solution Consultant (Core) and provide pre-sales support to Enterprise Insurance customers. As a trusted technical advisor, you will create and deliver tailored solutions, contributing to the achievement of quarterly and annual sales goals. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, demonstrating the value of ServiceNow solutions, leveraging internal resources effectively, and showcasing the platform's alignment with customer needs within the insurance industry. The role demands a strategic approach to planning and execution, building relationships across various business lines, and delivering measurable results. Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
- 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
- Demonstrated Financial Services Experience, preferably in Insurance experience
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
- Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services
- Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterparts to guide execution excellence
- Travel, as necessary

- Identify, qualify, and move opportunities through the various stages of the sales cycle and deliver impactful solutions to our customers
- Demonstrate the technical and business value of ServiceNow solutions to clients
- Work in a matrixed environment and leverage these resources effectively to provide solutions to our customers
- Leverage your knowledge of the Insurance Industry and demonstrate how the ServiceNow platform aligns to help our customers solve their most complex business problems
