Summary
Join ServiceNow as a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant and drive growth within the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) ecosystem. This critical role leverages your technical expertise to collaborate with ISV partners, ideate solutions, and drive ISV revenue growth. You will lead partners through new revenue opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical success. The position requires approximately 25% travel. Success in this role demands strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills, along with experience in various key subject areas like Enterprise Architecture, Service Management, and AI Operations. A BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Pre-Sales Solution Consulting experience
- Familiarity with the ISV ecosystem, cloud-based applications, and enterprise software market trends
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and software development life cycles. Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong facilitation skills, to encourage clear articulation of the business issues and effective solution design by the relevant players
- Ability to collaborate and interact at multiple levels (Enterprise Architects, Technical Architects, Offering Managers, Directors, VP’s, and CXO’s)
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, as well as external ISV partners
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand partner and customer business challenges and propose effective solutions
- Natively curious and passionate about researching current and emerging technologies and developing innovative solutions
- Experience in any of the key subject areas, with a demonstrated history delivering consulting services across the following: Enterprise Architecture (Strategy, Planning, Standards)

Responsibilities
- Work closely with ISV partners to understand their products, integrations, and business needs, aligning them with ServiceNow platform's capabilities to co-create compelling joint solutions
- Deliver engaging and customized technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concept sessions to ISV partners and customers, illustrating the value of joint solutions and the power of the platform
- Collaborate with ISV partners and internal teams to architect solutions that leverage the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integration and development of unique and differentiated offerings
- Maintain deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform’s features, functionalities, and integrations to effectively advise partners on technical requirements and best practices
- Work closely with the ISV Partners to address customer inquiries, overcome technical challenges, and ensure ISV partner solutions are strategically positioned within the broader sales and go-to-market strategy
- Advocate for joint solutions with ISV partners through thought leadership, participation in webinars, industry events, and customer workshops
- Provide technical and product activation to ISV partners, helping them to better understand the ServiceNow platform and how to maximize its capabilities in their own solutions
- Collect and relay feedback from customers and ISV partners to product management teams to inform product roadmap decisions and improve partner integrations
- Recruit ISV Partners to the ServiceNow platform by developing prototypes and demos to highlight ServiceNow’s extensive capabilities and rapid time-to-market
- Evangelize ServiceNow platform technologies and ISV Partner created solutions throughout the ServiceNow community via in-person events, webinars, blogs, community forums, sample widgets, and social media
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry
- Experience with the ServiceNow product suite or competitive product suites highly desirable
- Current ServiceNow certifications (e.g. Certified Application Developer, Certified Technical Architect, and/or Certified Implementation Specialist)
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce)
- ServiceNow platform development experience
- Experience developing on competitive platforms, software integration, APIs, or middleware solutions
- Experience with product management and working with a partner ecosystem
