AEM Cloud Sr Project Manager

Summary

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a contract AEM Cloud Senior Project Manager to join their delivery team for an enterprise-level project. The ideal candidate should have eDAM (AEM Cloud) solution knowledge, consulting experience, and be adept in stakeholder management.

Requirements

• Experience leading projects for AEM Cloud solutions
• DAM project experience is required
• 7 - 10 years of digital project management experience
• Experience in a client-facing role as the main point of contact with excellent communication and mature soft skills
• Experience leading, encouraging and motivating internal teams
• An understanding of industry trends, development principles, and project methodologies
• Comfortable with complex and crucial conversations both with the client and with internal teams
• Able to dive into the details and organize/mobilize tracks of work while maintaining timeline, scope, and budget
• Flexibility to travel if requested (10 - 20%)

Responsibilities

• Understand complexities of a large program and provide guidance for the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud development teams
• Establish common goals and dependencies across multiple teams, and define useful metrics and reporting to track team performance
• Manage milestone completion and approval across multiple teams
• Lead teams of engineers through the completion of all phases of the project
• Create, maintain, and execute detailed project plans
• Coordinate task assignments, monitor progress, and ensure proper task completion
• Identify resources needed and collaborate with Resource Management to ensure optimal project staffing
• Ensure client’s business objectives and KPIs are captured, understood, and measurable
• Identify, communicate, and define mitigation strategies for risks and issues internally and externally on an ongoing basis
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify future needs and work with the team to evaluate and consider alternative business solutions
• Identify and aid implementation of improvements within the project management department

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Global Delivery Model is preferred
