Summary

Join New Era Technology as an AEM Content Author & Publisher, contributing to content publishing activities for Keysight Technologies. This 3-month (extendable) remote contract role (India) requires 3–6 years of AEM experience. Collaborate with global teams, ensuring accurate, brand-aligned digital content. Responsibilities include content authoring, publishing, QA, asset management, and issue resolution. You will need strong AEM (Sites, DAM) skills, web standards knowledge, and excellent communication. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in AEM Content Authoring (preferably AEM 6.4 or higher)
  • Strong knowledge of AEM Sites, Templates, Experience Fragments, and Components
  • Proficiency in managing digital assets using AEM DAM and version control
  • Good understanding of web standards, basic AEM development, and content governance
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and structured publishing workflows
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Author, edit, and manage content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites)
  • Publish and unpublish content in alignment with campaign timelines and product launches
  • Execute repetitive content updates with high precision across various pages and components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, SEO, Design, Localization) to ensure content is accurate and visually aligned with brand standards
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) checks before and after publishing for accuracy, formatting, and functionality
  • Maintain digital assets in AEM DAM, ensuring proper tagging and metadata structure
  • Address and resolve content-related issues such as broken links, rendering problems, and formatting inconsistencies
  • Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and UI/UX consistency
  • Document content workflows, publication logs, and audit trails
  • Provide guidance or training to internal users on AEM authoring processes as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other project management platforms is a plus
  • Experience with multilingual content and localization workflows
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or Marketo is a plus
