Summary
Join Power Digital as an Affiliate & PR Strategist and drive results for a dynamic client roster by developing and executing integrated marketing strategies. You will be responsible for defining and driving affiliate and PR strategies, launching new affiliate programs, managing client communication and reporting, analyzing performance data, and proactively pitching media relations. This role requires strong experience in affiliate marketing, PR, and agency settings, along with expertise in affiliate platforms and best practices. You will also train and manage interns and part-timers, and leverage Power Digital's proprietary technology, nova. Requirements
- 2+ years experience in affiliate marketing strategy and end-to-end campaign management
- 2+ years of PR experience
- 1-2 years+ agency experience required
- Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and experience working with affiliates such as: content partners/press sites, rewards sites, loyalty/cashback/deal sites
- Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, ShareASale, Commission Junction, Rakuten Advertising, Pepperjam, or similar
- Expertise in affiliate best practices including: commission structures, tracking, partner optimization approaches, and forecasting
Responsibilities
- Define and drive affiliate & PR strategy for PDM clients
- Launch new affiliate client programs, owning platform setup from A-Z while taking on existing programs and nurturing them based on KPIs
- Support client communication, reporting, and storytelling to ensure the channel(s) is (are) successfully contributing to larger goals of the client
- Report on and analyze performance data, confidently recommending appropriate action plans based on data and creative driven conclusions
- Proactively pitch to drive media relations results for client roster
- Lead by example in staying on top of industry news and shares relevant articles with the agency to provide insight and context into PR activities
- Execute media and influencer outreach and secure regular coverage in targeted media outlets relevant to our clients
- Review & edit all written materials & reports with a keen eye for detail
- Respond to all client inquiries in a timely manner
- Train and manage interns and part timers
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
- Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or relevant field preferred
- CPG Media Relations experience highly recommended but not required
