After-Hours Track & Trace Representative

Join our team as a detail-oriented After-Hours Tracking & Tracing (T&T) Representative working weekend shifts. You will monitor and manage shipments, ensuring timely updates and excellent customer service. This critical role maintains logistics operations outside standard business hours. Responsibilities include tracking shipments, providing real-time updates, communicating with carriers, and proactively addressing delivery disruptions. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills, experience in logistics, and proficiency in tracking software. Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly under pressure
• Proficiency in using tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Availability to work weekends and after-hours shifts as required
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
