Summary

  • Minimum 3 years of industry related experience
  • Must have Sales Experience prefer in the aftermarket segment
  • Sitting in a normal seated position for extended periods of time
  • Reaching by extending hand(s) or arm(s) in any direction
  • Finger dexterity required to manipulate objects with fingers rather than with whole hand(s) or arm(s), for example, using a keyboard
  • Communication skills using the spoken word
  • Ability to see within normal parameters
  • Ability to hear within normal range
  • Ability to move about
  • Ability to physically lift and carry up to 25lbs
  • Ability to travel either internationally and domestically up to 50% of the time
  • Required: English

Responsibilities

  • Sell existing and new potential customers extrusion replacement spare parts and CPM Wolverine Proctor Thermal services including Audits, repairs and rebuilds in order to meet the objectives of the company strategy and business plan, action agenda and goals
  • Provide effective customer service with existing and potential customers to enable the company to maximize sales and profits
  • Establish and utilize an effective customer contact process for current and potential customers to ensure sales objectives are met
  • Provide effective communication to internal customer to ensure on-time delivery and a quality product
  • Develop timely and accurate sales forecasts to enable the company to develop plans and budgets for growth and investments
  • Participate in company sales meetings in order to increase communication, understanding, and teamwork
  • Prepare required paperwork and reports for, weekly sales reports, expense reports, budgets, projections, action agendas in order to meet expectations of CPM managers, team members, and customers
  • Role requires up to 50% travel as needed, either internationally and domestically, to build customer relations and ultimately increase CPM Process Solutions sales of aftermarket parts and services

Preferred Qualifications

  • An engineering degree in mechanical, industrial or chemical fields is highly preferred
  • Bilingual: Spanish is a plus
