Aftersales Warranty Specialist Jr

Summary

Join ALTEN Mexico as a Warranty Specialist in the Aftersales Premium Car department. You will assist the National Warranty Training Department on warranty issues, reinforce the implementation of the Anomalous Repair Control (ARC) program, analyze claims, utilize analytical tools, review warranty controls, and conduct training courses.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineer, Automotive Engineer, or similar
• At least 1 years of experience in warranty management, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Fluency in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Reinforce the implementation of the Anomalous Repair Control (ARC) program
• Analyze claims sent for review applying policy to ensure correct payment
• Utilize analytical tools, including claims analysis database, to identify offline conditions and recommend solutions
• Review warranty controls and advise group on effectiveness of filters
• Understand dealership processes and apply them for analysis and recommendations
• Follow a proven training strategy and provide warranty training to dealerships
• Conduct training courses in accordance with performance standards
• Monitor dealership performance and perform follow-up as needed
• Provide ongoing coaching and training (by phone and live) as needed
• Establish and maintain relationships with field personnel
• Participate in focus meetings, initiating actions that optimize retailer diagnostics, repair methods, and Warranty Department policy and enforcement activities
