Requirements

• Hold a degree in Tourism or Hotel Management
• Have minimum experience in the hotel industry
• Understand luxury consumer expectations
• Have written and formal communication skills
• Operationalize the Office package and Opera program
• Have negotiation skills
• Understand Revenue Management strategies and electronic channels
• Have telephone sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
