Summary

Join our team as an Agentic AI COE Leader and drive the development of cutting-edge AI skills, assets, and solutions within a dynamic services environment. Leveraging your expertise in enterprise software, particularly ServiceNow, you will build AI capabilities for transformative initiatives. This role blends technical proficiency, strategic vision, and leadership to deliver innovative AI solutions that enhance automation, decision-making, and operational efficiency. You will define and execute the roadmap for agentic AI skills development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and design and deploy agentic AI applications. Furthermore, you will stay abreast of AI advancements, mentor technical teams, and act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  • At least 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning or enterprise AI solutions, including deep learning, NLP, or generative AI
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platforms and integrating AI into enterprise workflows
  • Expertise in designing autonomous systems using LLMs or multi-agent architectures
  • Proficient in Python and advanced ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch; familiarity with MLOps tools is a plus
  • Worked in a IT and/or engineering services business working across clients and industries
  • Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture

Responsibilities

  • Defines and executes the roadmap for building agentic AI skills development and training, solutions, aligning with business objectives and industry trends
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing solutions, workflows and services
  • Works with clients to understand AI roadmaps, AI needs to identify opportunities in AI
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of agentic AI applications that exhibit autonomy, adaptability, and goal-oriented behavior
  • Develop scalable architectures for multi-agent systems that can handle complex, cross-departmental workflows
  • Develop scalable architectures that integrate seamlessly with ServiceNow platforms for ITSM, HRSD, SecOps, or other enterprise workflows
  • Implement MLOps processes for model development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization
  • Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, particularly in agentic AI, autonomous systems, and enterprise AI applications
  • Stays update on advancements in agentic AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), autonomous agents, and machine learning frameworks
  • Conduct experiments and proof-of-concepts to evaluate new AI technologies and their potential impact on business processes
  • Contribute to the company's AI strategy by providing technical insights and recommendations
  • Mentor technical teams to foster innovation and develop expertise in agentic AI technologies
  • Ensure delivery success of AI projects working with delivery leaders
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into actionable strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow Agentic AI capabilities (e.g., Virtual Agents, workflow orchestration)
  • Experience with human-in-the-loop or human-on-the-loop systems for training autonomous agents
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation
  • Experience in one or more of the following industries – Banking, Telco, Energy and Utilities
  • Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes and workflows
