Agentic AI Specialist/Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Proven experience building and deploying AI agents using various frameworks
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, reinforcement learning, goal-oriented AI
• Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and integrating them into AI agent workflows
• Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes and Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills and ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems
• Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or C++
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and reinforcement learning libraries (e.g., OpenAI Gym, Ray RLlib)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field
• Proficiency in developing and deploying AI models in cloud and edge environments

Responsibilities

• Design and implement autonomous AI agents with advanced decision-making and adaptive learning capabilities using frameworks like CrewAI, N8N, Vertex AI, LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow, OpenAI Swarm, PhiData, Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Autogen, Etc
• Develop and integrate AI agents tailored to address specific business needs, such as but not limited to data warehousing and marketing applications
• Apply reinforcement learning, unsupervised learning, and multi-agent systems to enhance agent autonomy and collaboration
• Experiment with emerging technologies like generative AI and self-supervised learning to improve agent capabilities
• Deploy scalable, high-performance AI systems on cloud and edge environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., data science, engineering, and product teams) to ensure seamless integration of AI agents into existing systems and workflows
• Monitor and analyze AI agent performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies
• Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in Agentic AI and contribute to the development of best practices and standards
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Ensure AI systems align with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards
• Mitigate biases and promote fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI systems
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the organization's AI policies and guidelines for responsible and ethical AI development

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-agent systems and complex AI workflows
• Experience in using low code / no code tools such as lovable, bolt etc
• Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI development principles
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or publications in AI-related conferences or journals
• Knowledge and experience in Integrating advanced perception techniques for real-time environment understanding (e.g., computer vision, NLP)
• Design reasoning algorithms that enable agents to optimize actions based on goals and constraints
